Responsibilities:
???SQF/FDA Regulatory Compliance Leadership:
oMaintain, manage, and improve SQF Certification (Advanced Level) with at least 3-5 years of demonstrable system management experience.
oEnsure strict and proactive compliance with all FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other applicable quality standards.
???Systems and Documentation Management:
oDevelop, implement, and audit quality assurance policies and procedures.
oAdminister and control all quality systems and associated documentation, ensuring traceability and complete product history.
oPreferred experience in managing systems under ISO 9001.
???Audits and Inspections:
oLead and coordinate all internal and external audits (including certification bodies and customers).
oConduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and document areas for continuous improvement.
???Training and Problem Resolution:
oProvide comprehensive training on quality processes and standards to all staff.
oActively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Logistics, and Maintenance) to identify root cause and resolve quality issues efficiently.
???Project Leadership:
oDirect and drive strategic Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) projects focused on performance improvement and defect reduction.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. Master's Degree Preferred
?Required Experience: Proven and significant experience in Quality Assurance management, ideally in a food, beverage, or supplement production environment.
?Technical Knowledge: Strong and demonstrable knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and quality systems structure.
