A well-established organization in Waco is seeking a dependable and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a professional, organized, and friendly front office environment.

Greet and assist visitors with a positive, professional attitude
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
Schedule appointments and support basic office coordination tasks
Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Familiarity with inventory or purchasing systems
Basic bookkeeping or invoicing knowledge
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately
Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in an office or receptionist role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk with professionalism
Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
