Job Description:
In this role you will work with a small group of production team members to prepare materials for powder coating. You must have good tenure in previous roles to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials by applying masking to areas that will not be powder coated.
- Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Education: High School
- High School or GED equivalent
Experience: 12 months
- Manufacturing or powder coating experience a plus
