Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Team Leadership: Lead the kitchen team and ensure high-quality customer service is consistently delivered.
Staff & Schedule Management: Handle team scheduling and manage staff call-ins.
Financial & Inventory Control: Order inventory and keep labor costs on track.
Marketing: Drive business growth through local advertising efforts.
Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills:

Familiarity with inventory software or labor cost calculations.
Previous experience in a high-volume pizzeria or fast-casual environment.
A 'can-do' attitude-you aren't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
