The Graphic Designer I is responsible for designing and producing printed publications, promotional materials, and digital content for the Finance and Administrative Services division. Additionally, the Graphic Designer I collaborates with internal departments, provides customer service, and ensures projects are completed accurately and on time. Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field, required.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce printed publications such as brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, and reports.
Create artwork, images, and graphic layouts for print and digital media.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of assigned projects.
Produce photography and video content according to project specifications.
Utilize desktop publishing tools to format and assemble data and reports.
Manage website updates for the Finance and Administrative Services division.
Coordinate and present design solutions to supervisors and other departments.
Provide customer service by answering department-related questions via email and phone.
Prepare reports, forms, presentations, and routine correspondence as needed.
Document and maintain ongoing status reports of projects.
Collaborate with the Public Relations and Marketing departments for college-level projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in photography and video content production.
Knowledge of website management and content updates.
Experience in presenting design solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with spreadsheet and presentation software to create dashboards, graphs, and flowcharts.

Excellent knowledge of desktop publishing and page layout design.

Familiarity with video production software and techniques.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
