We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious High Reach Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our team on a 12-hour shift in a temp-to-permanent capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating stand-up high reach forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Responsibilities:
Operate high reach stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
Pull and prepare product for shipment accurately according to customer orders and inventory system procedures.
Efficiently move products from staging and/or storage areas into trailers or containers.
Inspect and perform minor maintenance on assigned equipment daily; report major maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to update inventory.
Ensure proper labeling and packaging of goods.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Assist with other general warehouse tasks as needed including pallet wrapping, cycle counting, or inventory audits.
Participate in shift changes and handoff communication with incoming/outgoing operators.
Be able to use tablets and RF Scanners
Working hours: 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
A minimum of 6 months experience on the job performance with a stand up/high reach forklift. Must be able to provide a verbal reference from a former employer.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1???2 years experience operating a high reach stand-up forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (including one day on the weekend).
Familiarity with RF scanners, WMS systems, and basic computer skills is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
