Proactively address any physical plant or maintenance issues. Act as the primary representative of the location in the local community. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred. Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager is considered a plus.Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and other relevant hospitality software.A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, including digital marketing and online reputation management.Ability to speak a second or multiple languages considered a plus but not required.
Strong understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and revenue management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle a wide range of operational and guest-related issues.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, vendors, and stakeholders.Ability to read, write, and understand English.
