We're looking for a loyal, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to support our HR and administrative functions, in the Stockton area. While prior HR experience is ideal, we value someone who is eager to learn, organized, and committed to helping our team succeed.
Responsibilities:

Build trusted relationships with associates and help address any questions related to policies, benefits, and/or HR procedures
Able to work the 2nd shift 1:00pm to 9:30pm
Support new-hire training and onboarding
Partner with our third-party staffing agencies for successful hiring and record keeping
Review and process timecards and attendance records for payroll accuracy
Track and file corrective actions, employee statements, safety incidents, and compliance documents
Complete and file incident reports and employee safety statements
Support and track training for workplace safety programs
Partner with facility leadership to reinforce a culture of safety
Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
Lead or assist with special HR projects and initiatives to support the facility and company-wide objectives.

Comfortable being active and visible on the production floor
