Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding.
Maintain all job descriptions, hiring procedures, and new hire orientation programs.
Act as the lead point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance to supervisors on performance management and coaching.
Resolve employee issues, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts while developing retention initiatives.
Ensure company-wide compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including the maintenance of the employee handbook and policies.
Administer FMLA, leave programs, workers compensation claims, and unemployment processes.
Maintain all confidential personnel records.
Oversee employee benefits programs, annual open enrollment, and payroll coordination within Paylocity.
Support workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
Coordinate all employee training, certifications, and professional development programs.
Skills:
Proficiency in managing HR functions including recruitment, compliance, and benefits.
Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms for payroll and data accuracy.
Knowledge of workplace safety programs and OSHA regulations.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a high level of integrity and discretion.
Highly organized with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Comfortable interacting regularly with production teams and shop floor employees.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
