Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, orientations, training, employee relations, and performance management.
Payroll processing, including reviewing timesheets, entering data, and generating payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws by helping to implement and develop HR policies and procedures.
Acting as the main contact for employee questions related to company policies, time off, and benefits.
Thorough documentation and fairness while coordinating and supporting conflict resolution, corrective actions, and internal investigations.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate HRIS data, employee records, and compliance reporting.
Provide support to employees and management for all HR related matters, such as organizational changes, development plans, and performance improvement.
Participate in compliance reviews, health and safety programs, and audits.
Qualifications:
Experience in a Human Resources role.
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
