We're seeking a Temp-to-Hire HR Investigator to join our team as soon as possible. This role is perfect for a seasoned HR professional who is passionate about conducting thorough and fair investigations. You'll be responsible for leading confidential investigations, including interviewing employees and writing detailed reports. While the primary focus is on investigations, the ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to pivot to other HR-related functions as needed. We're looking for a professional, neutral, and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
Conduct confidential and sensitive HR investigations from start to finish.
Perform skilled interviews with employees and witnesses, ensuring a neutral and respectful process.
Draft comprehensive and well-written investigation reports, documenting findings and recommendations.
Maintain strict confidentiality throughout all stages of an investigation.
Support other HR functions and initiatives as required.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Prior experience in a dedicated HR investigator role.

3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in employee relations or investigations.
Excellent interviewing and report-writing skills.
