1. New Employee Onboarding and Orientation - Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.2. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred.Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with 5 years of progressive HR experience.Proven knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
