Responsibilities:
People Operations & Strategy: Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention initiatives.
Plant Floor Partnership: Collaborate daily with plant supervisors and department heads on workforce planning, coaching, and resolving shop-floor challenges.
Culture & Engagement: Foster an open, inclusive work environment built on trust, high emotional intelligence, and active communication.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict alignment with Texas state and federal labor laws; partner with leadership on safety programs, OSHA compliance, and risk mitigation.
Benefits & HRIS Administration: Oversee open enrollment, leave management, and daily benefits support for all staff.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).

Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.
Solid understanding of Texas state and federal labor laws, safety guidelines, and OSHA compliance.
Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building trust across all employment levels.
High emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented mindset.
