Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Occasional OT & on-call rotation)

Responsibilities:
- Take Ownership: Install, maintain, or repair residential and commercial HVAC systems to a high standard of quality.
- Problem Solve: Diagnose, test, and balance systems for peak efficiency.
- Lead & Mentor: Show the next generation the ropes by supervising installation teams or assisting apprentice techs.
- Be the Face of the Company: Deliver a transparent, respectful, and top-tier experience to our loyal local customers.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- NATE Certification preferred - if you don't have it yet, we will help you get it!
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated residential or commercial HVAC installation or service experience.
- Credentials: Valid EPA Certification is required (Universal Refrigerant Handling for Techs).
- Education: Certificate from an HVAC Technical School ideal!
- Skills: Troubleshooting skills (gas/electric furnaces, heat pumps, low-voltage systems) and proper ductwork installation.
- The Basics: A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen following a conditional job offer.
