Job Summary:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our equipment running efficiently by performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards. You'll work with PLC-controlled systems, electrical components, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems while contributing to a continuous improvement mindset within the facility.

Pay range: $30 - $34/HR
Full-time positions available on 1st shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) and 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Follow all company, OSHA, and food safety regulations, including Lock-out/Tag-out procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Maintain and repair processing equipment, including PLC-controlled machinery and instrumentation.
Document maintenance work and maintain accurate records.
Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and line startups.
Maintain and repair facility plumbing, HVAC, walls, ceilings, and floors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and manage necessary parts inventory.
Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related technical field. (preferred)
Maintenance Technician certification. (preferred)
Previous employment in a industrial maintenance position
Strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
The ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions
Excellent hand and power tools utilization skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Six months or more of experience in food processing or manufacturing.
Experience working with refrigeration systems or HVAC.
Previous experience in a industrial maintenance
Possess the ability to pass a background check
