Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for inside sales inquiries
Provide knowledgeable support on electrical products, materials, and applications
Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and pricing requests
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, electricians, and vendors
Recommend products, upsell solutions, and identify opportunities to increase sales
Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist walk?in customers at the sales counter
Resolve customer issues, returns, and product questions promptly
Maintain up?to?date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry trends
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in electrical wholesale distribution
Familiarity with contractor sales and project-based quoting
Knowledge of local Gainesville/Northeast Georgia electrical market
Prior experience supporting outside sales teams
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales or counter sales
Electrical industry background required (electrical supply, distribution, contracting, or related field)
Good product knowledge of electrical components, materials, and applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment
Proficiency with order entry systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office
Good attention to detail and accuracy
