The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market and demonstrate technical sales capabilities while providing exceptional customer service.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating qualifying prospects, and closing sales via phone, email, and other virtual communication methods. This role focuses on meeting or exceeding sales targets by developing strong customer relationships and providing excellent communication with different potential customers.
Responsibilities

Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to generate interest in products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
Leverage Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for market penetration.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to client needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in an inside sales role.
Efficient skills in warm calling and business development with a focus on building relationships.
Effective skills in cold calling
Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce for managing customer interactions and data.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive conversations.
Ability to understand market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Technical sales experience is a plus, along with a solid foundation in customer service principles.
A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
