Responsibilities:
Direct and lead irrigation installation crews in executing daily job tasks efficiently.
Manage the complete assembly of irrigation systems, including PVC/poly piping, valves, sprinkler heads, controllers, and backflow preventers.
Read and interpret technical irrigation blueprints and project plans.
Safely operate company vehicles, haul trailers, and transport materials and crew members.
Oversee trenching, backfilling, sleeving, and site restoration work.
Perform system testing, startup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
Complete daily production logs, safety reports, and site documentation.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Experience operating machinery like skid steers, trenchers, or mini-excavators.
Experience towing trailers.
Bilingual preferred but not required, Spanish a plus
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on irrigation installation experience.
Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a field crew.
Deep understanding of irrigation components, PVC assembly, and system layouts.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Ability to perform physical field labor outdoors
