Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and direct daily field crew operations to ensure efficient, safe, and quality project completion.
Read and interpret landscape, planting, grading, and site layout plans.
Oversee and assist with the installation of trees, shrubs, groundcover, sod, mulch, hardscapes, and drainage systems.
Safely drive company vehicles and operate landscape machinery and tools.
Conduct site inspections, verify material quantities, and protect existing site features.
Communicate progress, material requirements, and site issues effectively with project managers and clients.
Track daily labor, material usage, and job site safety protocols.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred, not required
Experience operating landscape equipment (e.g., skid steers, loaders).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in landscape installation or landscape construction.
Proven track record in a supervisory or crew lead capacity.
Solid understanding of plant installation, grading, soil prep, and site layouts.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Ability to perform essential physical job duties outdoors in Florida weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
