Responsibilities:
Install sod, plants, trees, shrubs, mulch, rock, edging, and topsoil according to project specifications.
Prepare project sites by grading, digging trenches, removing debris, and staging materials.
Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and outdoor power equipment.
Assist with site clean-up, property protection, and post-installation watering.
Load, unload, and secure materials and tools on trucks and trailers.
Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor general labor.
Valid driver's license.
Bilingual (English/Spanish); not required

High School

Qualifications:
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team-player attitude.
Ability to perform essential physical tasks outdoors in varying Florida weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites.
