Responsibilities:
- As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first line of defense for all things tech. Your responsibilities will include:
- Help Desk Support: Providing timely and effective technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
- Hardware and Software Management: Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network equipment.
- System Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and updates to ensure the security and reliability of all IT systems.
- User Training: Assisting employees with new software or hardware, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient.

Skills:
- We're looking for a tech-savvy problem-solver who is also a great communicator. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
