We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Technician with expertise in Canon, Kyocera, and Konica Minolta multi-function devices (MFDs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting MFDs across client environments, ensuring optimal performance and integration within networked infrastructures.

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and network Canon, Kyocera, and Konica Minolta multi-function devices (MFD) in client and office environments.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software issues related to MFDs.
Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and preventative servicing.
Troubleshoot printing, scanning, faxing, and network connectivity issues.
Assist clients in configuring MFD features such as scan-to-email, scan-to-folder, secure printing, and user authentication.
Work with client IT departments to ensure device compatibility and network security compliance.
Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and asset records.
Train end-users on MFD usage and best practices.
Escalate complex issues to vendor support when necessary and follow up to resolution.
Stay current with firmware updates, drivers, and new features for supported MFD brands.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience supporting Canon, Kyocera, and/or Konica Minolta MFDs.
Strong understanding of network printing environments, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMB, LDAP, and SMTP.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and mobile printing solutions.
Experience with device management tools such as Kyocera's Fleet Services, Konica Minolta's VCare, or Canon's ImageWare Remote is a plus.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Associate's degree or higher in IT, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Manufacturer certifications from Canon, Kyocera, or Konica Minolta (preferred).
CompTIA A+, Network+ (a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
