The Lab Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to the laboratory operations, specifically focusing on accurate data entry, record-keeping, and sample management foR production quality control and food safety programs.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter laboratory test results, sample information, and quality data into the Laboratory Information Management System or tracking spreadsheets.

Log, label, and track incoming raw material and finished product samples for analysis, ensuring proper chain of custody.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files for quality control reports, testing protocols, calibration logs, and regulatory paperwork.
Answer and direct laboratory phone calls, manage office supplies inventory, and prepare outgoing documentation or samples for reference.
Communicate test results or sample status updates clearly to Lab Technicians, Quality Assurance (QA) staff, and Production management as directed.
Compliance: Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and company food safety standards.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience working in a food, beverage, or production quality assurance laboratory setting.
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems or similar data management software.

High School

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Exceptional focus on accuracy for data entry and record-keeping.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer/office equipment use.
