We have an immediate opening for an organized, proactive Logistics Coordinator to join a Supply Chain team. This role plays a key part in coordinating daily warehouse shipping, setup of deliveries, customer portal updates, and order confirmations.

Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Logistics: Prepare warehouse orders, set up trucking and raw material deliveries, manage UPS shipments, and create shipping labels.
- Customer & Documentation Support: Update customer delivery portals, email Certificates of Analysis (COAs) upon request, and handle sample shipping.
- ERP & Financial Coordination: Confirm completed shipments in the ERP system, receive incoming inventory items, and forward shipping/receiving paperwork to the Finance team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred and 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Tech & Documentation Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), ERP systems, and familiar with key documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Packing Slips, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), shipping and receiving paperwork, shipping labels, and customer portal documentation.
