Responsibilities:
Supervise and support maintenance employees to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Trouble shooting electrical, hydraulics, and pumps.
Maintain facility floors.
Assign duties and monitor progress to meet daily production and sales goals.
Provide training, guidance, and feedback to team members.
Conduct performance reviews and address disciplinary issues as needed.
Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO procedures, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation using our ERP system.
Communicate effectively with other departments and leadership.
Follow and enforce all safety protocols and reporting procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Management or related field is preferred.
Maintenance Technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing drawings.
Welding skills are beneficial.
Ability to work both independently and with a team.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and the ability to kneel, bend, stretch, and climb ladders.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Basic computer and math skills.
Experience with forklift, crane, and cart operation.
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
Effective communication skills.
