- Schedule: Rotating 2 on, 2 off, 3 on schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Wage: Up to $38.00/HR depending on experience level
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical and electronic control system issues (analog/digital).
- Maintain, program, and improve PLC and HMI systems, as well as computer network communications.
- Install, calibrate, clean, and repair process control instruments, pressure switches, flow tubes, and gauges to minimize downtime.
- Service and repair VFDs, electric motors, starters, and servo motors in a production environment.
- Repair and maintain machinery, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Operate fabrication tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to repair or modify equipment.
- Utilize arc and wire-feed welders for necessary equipment modifications and repairs.
- Maintain equipment efficiency by adhering to a Planned Maintenance Program.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to support all food safety programs, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Actively monitor production lines to optimize machine settings, speeds, and performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment through strict adherence to safety protocols and regular housekeeping.
- Document work order procedures for new equipment and log all system modifications.

- Days: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Nights: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
- Food production experience is highly preferred.
Education:
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
- Certification or diploma in related field (Preferred)

Qualifications:
- Two-year technical degree/certificate OR 1-4 years of experience in a multi-shift manufacturing facility (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Comfortable with exposure to wet/humid conditions, extreme heat, fumes, airborne particles, and occasionally caustic chemicals.
