The Maintenance Team Member will be responsible for performing a variety of routine building maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of the community. This includes basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC work, as well as groundskeeping and general repair duties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Perform minor repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents and staff.
Maintain and repair common areas, such as clubhouses, walkways, and recreational facilities.
Assist with landscaping and basic groundskeeping tasks as needed.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with residents.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor, including climbing ladders and working outdoors.
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required.

High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
2+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
