We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. This position is vital to maximizing operational effectiveness by minimizing downtime of essential equipment and facility components.

Perform skilled maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems according to safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Proactively troubleshoot issues to decrease facility operational downtime.
Propose, plan, and execute corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility mechanical/electrical components and electrical systems.
Manage and secure a spare parts and tool inventory, recommend necessary purchases.
Assist in developing methods and procedures to improve facility efficiency and workflow.
Support new project installations, start-ups, and long-term operations.
Oversee and review the work of lower-level technicians.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics center.
Experience overseeing or reviewing the work of other technicians.
Experience in a role where you have successfully proposed, planned, and executed preventative maintenance programs.
A track record of continuously seeking to improve existing methods of operation through research and development.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience with HVAC systems.
Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPS), safety policies, and manufacturer's specifications.
Ability to develop and maintain purchasing/inventory controls for repair parts and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate needs and evaluate issues.
Willingness to assist in the training of warehouse personnel.
