Job Description:
Are you an experienced leader ready to take charge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Supervisor to join a highly reputable company in the Clearfield area!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support production team members on the floor
- Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and quality
- Ensure all safety standards are followed
- Communicate with management and other departments to meet daily goals
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 12 months
