As an MBA Operations Process, you will play a crucial role in optimizing in creating operational efficiency and driving process improvement initiatives. Creating,executing/documenting, and initially managing all new training processes and rollouts. Growth has exceeded processes and this will need to be implemented as business continues and your role will be a benefit not a disrupter. With your expertise and strategic mindset, you will contribute towards streamlining operations and ensuring seamless workflow across various departments.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business processes and increase productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to understand process bottlenecks and recommend solutions
Lead and manage process improvement projects to drive positive outcomes and deliver measurable results
Develop and implement new operational procedures and guidelines to streamline workflows and ensure compliance
Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful adoption of new processes and procedures
Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance to identify areas for further improvement
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in process improvement and project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in data analysis and process mapping tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
