Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Production
- Assemble & Inspect: Prep, build, and inspect products to meet or exceed company quality and efficiency standards.
- Cross-Training: Participate in cross-training across both the Assembly and Shipping departments.
- Workflow Management: Collaborate with the Assembly Lead to complete workloads within production timeframes.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
- Operations & Inventory
- Inventory Control: Assist with ongoing inventory control programs and protocols.
- ERP System Usage: Read and implement dispatch lists, routings, forecasting, and reporting within the ERP system.
- Process Improvement: Assist in troubleshooting and implementing new equipment and processes.
- Teamwork & Professionalism
- Collaboration: Work effectively with management and co-workers; support company initiatives, policies, and final management decisions.
- Adaptability: Maintain reliable attendance and manage workload stress, shifting priorities, and changing plans through proactive communication.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- Preferred: Completion of a post-secondary manufacturing curriculum.
- Preferred: 5 years of supervisory experience in a product assembly environment.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Required: High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read assembly diagrams, piece part diagrams, and production drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
