The Sales Consultant, utilizing a consultative approach, achieves maximum sales profitability and growth in assigned territory by effectively selling the Company's products and related services. Actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Salary: $45k-60k DOE
Responsibilities:
-Establish, maintain, and develop business, social, and civic relationships with customers and potential customers in the assigned territory to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and service. Establish, support, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Participate in and implements the planned sales strategy
-Keep office, display and surrounding area clean and welcoming
-Serve customers by meeting or exceeding the customer needs
-Reach out to potential customers through online inquiries and referrals
-Resolve customer inquiries by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
-Provide directions and information on Company products, applications, and related services within assigned territory
-Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and assists with new account acquisition by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales prospects
-Use Business Central Dynamics to maintain and organize sales quotes, current orders and pending orders
-Stay informed of the products, applications, technical service, and current market conditions
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
2 years or more of college experience preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-At least three years of recent related sales and marketing experience
-Knowledge of basic sales and marketing procedures, methods, and techniques
-Ability to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and conduct sales and marketing programs, including public relations and negotiation skills
-Experience with MS Office 365 software
-Ability to identify sales and marketing problems and communicate potential solutions quickly and accurately to management
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
-Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with others and to present ideas effectively, both orally and in writing
-Possession of valid drivers' license
