Highlights:
- Pay range of $60,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property data systems and professional development departments
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure departmental tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Develop and manage continuing education programs and orientation sessions for members
- Identify industry trends to build new programs that add value to the local real estate community
- Coordinate with vendors and leadership to implement new tools and system enhancements
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate, association management, or a related operational field required
- Proven experience developing training curricula and conducting professional presentations
- Strong leadership skills with a background in team supervision preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database systems, and virtual training platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A commitment to maintaining high professional standards and member service
