Responsibilities:
Child Support & Supervision:
- Directly interact with and supervise children during open hours.
- Direct and supervise helpers for cleaning and work tasks.
- Collaborate with staff to uphold a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
Facility & Kitchen Management:
- Support food preparation and distribution.
- Oversee the pantry by rotating stock, discarding expired items, and tracking supply needs.
- Perform light custodial tasks and facility upkeep.
- Help set up and clean program spaces.
- Manage kitchen operations, including dishwashing, cleaning surfaces, and organizing refrigerators.
- Handle laundry, recycling, and trash removal on scheduled days.
Operational Support:
- Assist other staff with facility-related needs.
- Work hours vary from Monday through Friday, with a focus on supervision on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
- Experience in facility or kitchen support.
- Experience in education or related childcare fields.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to be a self-starter and goal-driven.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move equipment.
