Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients and vendors. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.Inventory and Merchandising Support: Assist with inventory management, including tracking incoming and outgoing merchandise. Help prepare new items for display, ensuring all pieces are properly tagged and cataloged.Sales and Client Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing client invoices, processing payments, and scheduling appointments. Assist in maintaining client records and follow-up communications.Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter and maintain data in our point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems.
