Responsibilities:
Operations & Workflows: Oversee daily office operations, ensure efficient workflows, and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Team Leadership: Support and manage customer service representatives and account managers.
HR & Financial Admin: Assist with payroll, employee time off, and commission tracking. Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
Compliance & Logistics: Maintain licensing compliance for agency staff. Coordinate office events, meetings, travel, and scheduling.
Culture: Help create an exceptional experience for both employees and clients.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Insurance industry experience (strongly preferred).
QuickBooks or alternative accounting software experience.
Experience with CRM or Agency Management Systems (such as HawkSoft, AgencyZoom, or similar).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous office management experience.
Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative operations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
