- The Office Coordinator manages daily office operations, provides administrative support to staff, and maintains a smooth, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
??? Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist staff and clients.
??? Maintaining accurate records and files.
??? Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

??? Maintaining office supplies, overseeing equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
??? Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely office supplies and equipment delivery.
??? Create and implement purchase orders that comply with company and government regulations.
??? Contact suppliers to verify deliveries and/or expedite material if required to meet schedules.
??? Supervise and expedite rush orders and materials that are short and revise schedules to offset delays.
??? Provide daily support to internal and external customers via phone and e-mail.
??? Collaborate with and support cross-departmental teams to align supply chain activities with sales forecasts, demand planning, and budgetary constraints.
??? Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and uphold Client???s brand image and reputation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
--This job operates in a typical office environment. When performing duties, the employee will be exposed to the production area. This role will routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
