Responsibilities:
Communication & Administration: Monitor and respond to emails, forward timesheets, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Operational Support: Print shipping labels and help maintain a tidy, well-organized office environment.
General Duties: Act as the first point of contact for the office, handling incoming inquiries and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Skills:
Attention to Detail: Meticulousness is a great asset for handling administrative work, ensuring everything from timesheets to labels is accurate.
Problem-Solving: Being a self-starter who can troubleshoot basic issues, like a paper jam or a misplaced document, is a huge plus.
Interpersonal Skills: While you'll be working independently for a large part of the day, having a pleasant demeanor and good communication skills is beneficial for interacting with others and maintaining a positive office environment.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or office management role would be a bonus, showing you already understand the basics of the job.
