Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and community functions as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience selling office furniture.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
Bilingual skills are a plus.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development (2+ years preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver???s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
