Compute and administer union dues while keeping accurate transaction records.
Oversee certified payrolls, ensuring adherence to governmental statutes and organizational guidelines.
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving payroll-related queries via phone calls.
Organize and maintain a systematic archive for all payroll documentation and private staff records.
Handle the payroll department's incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and fax.
Act as a backup for the Accounting Team, demonstrating adaptability and cooperative spirit.
Engage in additional accounting duties and projects as necessary, showcasing flexibility and collaborative effort.
Uphold knowledge of CA Payroll Laws to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a comparable discipline.
