Act as a client advocate by expertly re-marketing policies when faced with non-renewals, significant premium hikes, or direct client inquiries, guaranteeing their continued peace of mind.
Play a pivotal role in maintaining our exceptional 92% policy retention rate, working hand-in-hand with leadership to keep our clients delighted.
Seize new business opportunities by efficiently quoting and binding a diverse range of new policies.
Become a trusted resource for clients, demystifying the insurance landscape and empowering their decisions.
Uncover and deliver additional value to existing clients through targeted cross-selling during policy renewals or re-marketing.
Forge critical relationships with leading insurance carriers, continuously enhancing our access to the industry's best offerings.
Implement and uphold high operational standards, meticulously tracking and improving key metrics like backlog, quote speed, and client follow-up.
Guarantee data accuracy and smooth workflows by diligently managing policy information in EPIC, ensuring seamless handoffs to our client service professionals.
Nurture robust connections with our most vital customers, building long-term partnerships.
Offer proactive and essential support to the Client Service Representative team, ensuring cohesive operations.

Qualifications:
Valid Florida 220, 2044 or a 440 property and casualty license
Minimum five years? experience quoting, writing, and managing home, auto and watercraft insurance.
Familiarity with Florida markets
Experience/familiarity working with Applied EPIC operating system is a plus
