In this role, you will be the on-site authority, managing daily operations across commercial pool construction sites. You???ll coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials while maintaining tight control over timelines, budgets, and safety standards. Collaboration with Project Managers and direct communication with clients will be key to keeping projects on track and exceeding expectations.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Prior Commercial pool experience
Experience managing multiple commercial pool projects simultaneously
Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus for managing diverse crews
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes for pool construction
Experience working with engineered drawings and technical submittals
Strong budgeting and cost control abilities
Ability to conduct safety meetings and maintain detailed site documentation
Experience with LEED or sustainable building practices (if applicable to your projects)

7-10 years
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial pool construction
Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
In-depth knowledge of pool construction systems (e.g., plumbing, shotcrete/gunite, waterproofing, tiling)
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
OSHA certification or strong working knowledge of safety standards preferred
Valid driver???s license and willingness to travel to various job sites
