Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
Print & Quality Control: Accurately and efficiently produce course completion cards while inspecting output for color variations, alignment, and print defects.
Packaging & Processing: Package completed orders according to customer specifications and process returned cards following established procedures.
Inventory Management: Monitor supply levels, place material orders, and receive, organize, and restock printing and shipping supplies.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting on print shop equipment, including adjusting settings and replacing consumables like ink, ribbons, and card stock.
Shipping & Reporting: Support overall mailing and shipping operations for timely order fulfillment while maintaining accurate production and inventory records.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Preferred Experience
Background in print production, a print center, or a fulfillment/warehouse setting.
Experience with shipping, mail operations, or repetitive production workflows.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment & Physical Expectationss
Work Location: Fully onsite position in a well-lit, temperature-controlled office and print production environment.
Physical Activity: Involves repetitive hand and arm movements, standing, sitting, and close inspection work.
Lifting Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes of stock and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
