Process Optimization:Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes for vitamins and supplements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Implement lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen), and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline production.Production Support:Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize batch processing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Monitor process performance, including yield, cycle time, and resource utilization.Implement corrective actions to resolve technical challenges and minimize downtime.Quality Control & Compliance:Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with FDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant industry regulations.Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to monitor product quality and address any deviations from standards.Process Design & Validation:Develop and validate new processes for product formulations, from pilot scale to full-scale production.Design and implement equipment layouts and process flow diagrams that improve manufacturing efficiency.Conduct risk assessments and lead root cause analysis for process-related issues.Technology & Innovation:Evaluate new technologies, equipment, and tools to improve production capabilities.Lead initiatives for process automation, equipment upgrades, and sustainable manufacturing practices.Data Analysis & Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare detailed reports for management on production metrics, process optimization outcomes, and cost-saving initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on product specifications, raw material usage, and process development.Train and mentor production staff on new processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.

Bachelor?s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer, preferably in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and ISO standards for vitamin and supplement production.Proficient in process simulation, flowcharting, and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, MATLAB).
