-Establish and monitor department performance for Safety, Quality, 5S and Productivity-Responsible for communicating daily production goals and reporting status to Production Manager-Collaborate with Production Manager and Engineering staff to troubleshoot production/design issues-Assist with the selection, orientation and training of new team members, working with Human Resources and Production Manager-Develop/maintain positive employee relations and resolution of employee issues and concerns-Conduct and prepare performance appraisals and individual development plans-Problem Solve: Analyze data, investigate personnel issues, and collaborate with HR and Operations leadership to identify and implement solutions-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor-Managing team members timecards, tracking attendance, vacation time and overtime-Cooperate with all areas within the company to ensure overall company goals are met
