Position Overview:
We are seeking talented and creative Architects to join our team. As a Project Architect, you'll be able to engage in every stage of the design journey, including planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration. Our aim is to support Project Architects in evolving into proficient Project Managers who can guide clients in turning their project aspirations into tangible realities.
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; In-Office/Monday-Thursday; Work-From-Home/Friday
Pay: Negotiable BOE + Bi-annual bonus opportunities + excellent benefits (This is a Direct Hire position)
Responsibilities:
- Play a role in developing renderings, animations, and various schematic drawings to effectively convey the project's vision to clients.
- Aid in integrating consultant information seamlessly into architectural drawings.
- Collaborate with the Project Principal, Project Manager, and Design Lead to generate comprehensive sets of architectural construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience working in K-12 and higher educational facilities and municipal facilities is preferred
- Good team-building, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Open-minded and willing to learn
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Architect or similar role
- Previous Revit experience
