In addition, this position will serve as a support center for internal and external stakeholders, helping to source solutions and provide timely responses to customer needs. The Project Coordinator will work within established processes and systems that create efficiencies to support their overall business function. This position must work inter-departmentally with all levels of leadership and staff to communicate, coordinate to complete set assignments.
Responsibilities:
???Coordinate key projects by prioritizing, determining and communicating needs
???Work closely with team members to create project specifications and ensure team members are meeting deadlines
???Assist with fielding and answering support questions from various stakeholders
???Review and distribute various communication to stakeholders
???Assists in processes that eliminate duplicative steps, streamline tasks and projects, and eliminate redundancies that will save the department both time and expense
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
--Responsible for assisting with administrative work and business detail including, but not limited to, scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking notes, and booking travel for internal and external recipients
--Assist with workflow systems and processes
--Distribute information and communication to assist with team goals
--Work cross boundary to assist in the creation of tools and resources
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
???Work closely with various vendors that support Children???s Miracle Network Hospitals
???Assist with the front desk by answering phone calls and recording and directing vendors and visitors from the front-desk
???Utilize templates to customize and complete wrap reports, event recaps and pitch decks
???Organizes programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, and may coordinate speakers
???Compile reports using spreadsheet software and internal data bases, data labeling, and filing generated import files
???Enlists third-party vendors as needed in order to meet the needs of the department
