The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, schedule, and support service operations while conducting site visits and budgeting.
- Collaborate closely with field personnel and subcontractors to execute work procedures.
- Interact with customers and manage ongoing projects to ensure all needs are met.
- Prepare billing projections and forecast labor/manpower needs.
- Maintain project tracking for compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 5 years in a project management role or similar capacity.
- Knowledge of commercial construction, HVAC, and/or Plumbing is a plus.
- An entrepreneurship mindset with strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skill set in multi-tasking and proficiency with operating systems and software
