Compensation & Perks:
$14/hr during training (60-90 day probationary period)
$15/hr after probation
$250 monthly production bonus if team meets $55,000 goal (eligible even during probation if full month is worked)
Pay reviews & increase opportunities at 6 months post-probation
Paid holidays after probation
Paid company closure between Christmas & New Year (1.5-2 weeks!)
5 days PTO/year (earned monthly post-probation)
1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service
Mileage reimbursed at 70- per mile for property visits
Responsibilities:
Support property owners with reporting, updates, and general communication
Assist with leasing tasks: marketing, processing applications, and other administrative functions
Use Microsoft 365 and Excel to keep records up to date
Visit vacant properties as needed to take photos, videos, and assess condition
Contribute to monthly team production goals
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Real estate license? Great! Not required.
Experience with Rent Manager or Zipforms is a plus!

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1+ year in residential property management
Bilingual in English & Spanish
Reliable vehicle & valid insurance required
Strong computer skills (Outlook 365, Word, Excel a must)
Familiarity with social media for marketing (Facebook, Instagram)
High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent customer service and communication skills
