Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift differential ($25.00/hr total)

Position Overview
The Punch Press Operator is responsible for safely operating mechanical and/or hydraulic punch presses to produce high-quality parts according to job specifications.
- Responsibilities:
- Setup & Operation: Set up and operate punch press equipment (including single-hit and progressive dies).
- Material Handling: Load metal blanks or coils; precisely align dies and feeds.
- Quality Control: Perform basic machine adjustments, conduct in-process quality checks, and monitor overall press performance to maintain part quality.
- Technical Literacy: Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and detailed inspection plans using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges.
- Documentation: Complete accurate production records and track downtime logs.
- Safety First: Maintain safe work practices, use all required PPE, and assist with minor preventative maintenance and die changes.
Working hours: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Skills:
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Prior punch press or metal stamping experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and a sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and comfortably operate calipers, micrometers, and other measuring gauges.
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for the duration of a full shift.
